Job Description

Ø Responsible as/or cook in the kitchen for daily production
Ø Support the head chef in the daily operation and work
Ø Ensure the quality standard met.
Ø Create new cuisine but not limited to;
Ø Execute and perform owners instructions
Ø Ensure customer satisfaction in terms of food quality and appearance
Ø Know and comply with all company policies and rules of conduct;
Ø Work with the head chef and sous chef to prepare menus.
Ø Order, preparation and keep stocked the common ingredients for all cooking station, including vegetables spices, etc.
Ø Follow the guidance of the head chef or sous chef in the preparation and presentation of the meal.
Ø Abide by and enforce health code, hygiene and cleanliness standards in the kitchen and food storage areas.
Ø Train and supervise assistant chefs, including in best practices, safety, and cleanliness standards.
Ø Check for plating accuracy (garnish, portion size, correct serving dish etc.)
Ø Anticipate and communicate shortages to the sous chef or head chef.
Ø Prepare daily batch production report, inventory requisition etc.
