We are looking for Asst. Finance Manager – Financial Planning and Analysis.

The purpose of this job is to ensure that the necessary analysis is done on mall performance and helps management to assess the performance of these assets and take corrective action if any. Reporting to the Finance Manager, the Assistant Finance Manager – FP&A is responsible for giving credibility to analytical cell on a day-to-day basis and supporting the strategic direction of the Mall. The ideal candidate would be commercially and detail oriented, have a strong analytical mind with the ability to identify and strengthen areas of business risk and formulation of an appropriate actions plan or recommendations.

Your day to day responsibilities would include:
Preparation of day to day mall analysis reports which will support the business review packs including internal and external benchmarks
Assist in the preparation of Income statement, balance sheet and cash flow.
Utilising BI tools to deliver meaningful insights into business performance
Provide detailed analysis and commentary on cost centre results and prepare business review packs
Preparation of the month end GLs schedules to support the financial statements and provide commentary on variances between Budgets vs. Actual
Assist in the preparation of the annual budget and forecast. Evaluating previous budgets, expenditures to develop and implement future budgets
Prepare various ad-hoc reports as requested

To apply for the role you should meet below eligibility criteria: Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:

Accounting / Finance qualification (Semi-Qualified or Qualified Accounting Professional)
Knowledge of ERP Financial Software is necessary; SAP, Yardi and Power BI expertise will be preferred
Minimum Experience: 5 to 6 years of experience out of which minimum of 3 years of experience in the field of FP&A, out of which a minimum of 2 years in the Real Estate industry in a similar role.
